We seek to discover your personality - individual, team and/or organization - and goals by asking the right questions. It's more than just knowing the products you sell or services you provide: we translate your ideas and the unique message of your brand into creative communication with your target audience.
Visual Design is our forte - but it's more than pretty pictures and colors. Behind every beautiful design is a carefully constructed and strategic marketing effort. We advocate simple over complex and communication over clutter.
Thriving businesses continually evolve. An important part of this evolution is staying current and relevant to your audience. In today's fast moving internet era we recommend periodic redesigns every two to three years at a minimum, and help our clients “stay current” with SEO, web analytics, and integration of your design and brand into social media sites.
Design Process
After almost a decade we've learned good design stems from solid process. Designing for the web we focus on three phases: Discovery, Design and Development
Discovery
Our process starts by establishing a good client-designer relationship and facilitating proper communication. This foundation allows us to learn about your organization and your project. We gauge your personality, goals and requirements to define scope, develop a timeline, and create an action plan.
Design
We take our discoveries and craft an ideal user experience through information architecture and visual design. We work with our clients to organize content to ensure the best presentation and delivery of your message. Mood boards and prototypes are a part of this process, and we deliver them to you before development.
Development
After client approval, prototypes are developed into functional web pages. Website code, utilities, dynamic elements, and databases are constructed. Written content, graphics and multi-media are incorporated into the web site. Once final testing is completed, the website launches after your sign-off.
What Happens Next?
New Way Design can support your website after launch through regular maintenance, or integrate content into a Content Management System for ease of self-administration by your staff.
